Chris started his real estate career with the nations largest REIT in 1999. He helped turn around a failing investment community of 1222 apartments into one of the top ten most profitable holdings in the REIT’s portfolio. In 2001 he became a full time real estate agent in the District of Columbia. Chris concentrates in the downtown DC condo/co-op market and in upscale Northwest properties.

Chris is an active member of GCAAR and holds a DC, MD & VA license.

Chris has a loyal client base ranging from first time homebuyers to experienced investors and developers. He has worked on historic preservation projects, 1031 Starker Exchanges, commercial sales, foreclosures, and short sales.

He proactively markets properties using the latest technology & programs to achieve exceptional results. Quarterly, Chris compiles sales statistics for the Foggy Bottom and West End neighborhoods. His experience and dedication to staying on top of current real estate trends allows him to provide clients with the most up-to-date sales information for their specific neighborhood.

Chris has a BA in Secondary Education from SUNY College at Cortland.
