Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Alex accumulated over 30 years of computer science experience. He started in the USSR as an engineer and finished working as a Senior Scientist with a P.H.D in computer science. After moving into USA Alex worked for NASA for twenty years as a Senior Computer Scientist and Senior Engineer. Alex’s diverse occupational and educational background enhances his effectiveness as a real estate professional.

He has a very good understanding of residential markets because of his long interest in real estate. He has bought and sold as well as for his buyers for himself two new and renovated condominiums at Terrell Place and Gallery Place in Penn Quarters.

In addition to his interest in urban investment properties, Alex also has a great interest in working with World Bank and IMF clients as well as with University families buying for children in Foggy Bottom. He has also purchased for himself in the President condominium on GW’s campus. His wife actually works at GW University.

Alex is a student of the DC and Maryland market for example he frequently discovers unusual waterfront properties, that are of interest to himself and has clients in Anne Arundel County and the other counties along the shores of the Chesapeake.

His real estate advice sometimes surprises his investors or residential clients because Alex always “tells it as it is” and he has been known to talk buyers out of buying when he thought the price was too high, the location was not good or he thought there were more attractive properties for sale.

Alex has superb timing skills, which makes his advice especially valuable in this time of uncertainty. If you need to sell, buy a residence or make an investment for the future – Alex is worth calling.
